Using both qualitative and quantitative insights, Verizon split their current and potential customer base into 8 unique market segments. My team was challenged to create fully-customized web experiences for two of these top-priority, high value market segments:

We rolled out Verizon’s “Wired Differently” creative rebrand across all our web experiences in order to attack the inertia in the market and reposition Fios to unlock entrenched prospects.

The team redesigned SEO and paid search experiences to incorporate Verizon’s new layout system, which included extensive updates to hierarchy, copy, price, logo, and CTA buttons.
